Please save your money and time and do not hire this firm. We hired Olha Senyshyn as our lawyer for our sponsorship application. Despite us making it very clear our intention to submit our application on a certain timeline, she submitted our application more than 1 month late. We had to consistently and regularly contact her (which is not always easy to get a hold of her) to hold her accountable to the work. You will do all the paperwork. And then, 5 months after she submitted, and only because we called her for a separate issue, she tells us our paperwork for IRCC for her to act as our legal representative was rejected. When she was put on hold with CPC Mississauga on the phone to follow up on our application, she asked us to call them ourselves as she was not able to reach a live agent. As a professional who has dealt with lawyers in the past, this is the worst and most unprofessional I have encountered. There is very much lack of clarity, communication, and professionalism.

When you pay $5000 +HST for their services, just know you will be working for her, she will not be working for you.

When we brought up our concerns to Shelley Levine regarding the suboptimal standard of practice, he was both demeaning and condescending and laughed at us!
