Pan is patient, professional and very knowledgeable, he responds very quickly and with very useful information. We initially contracted his services due to a rejected PR application, but upon careful examination, he suggested that we might still have PR status and thus only needed to re-apply for a PR card. We took his advice and it worked like a charm, he saved us a lot of money and effort.
