Friendly knowledgeable and accessible to all. I was treated well and supported to help me understand next steps in a complicated situation. Stephanie the ED and lawyer was very helpful, and greatly appreciated.

For what they do, I don't feel like it was worth the $400 they charge.
Yes, they did help me seek a lawyer and set up a consultation, but the lawyer he set me up with was also charging $6k to be retained, so at the end of it all, while the consultation was helpful, it ultimately cost me $400 to stay in the same place.
I was told it's a life long service, but honestly, knowing that I won't have to pay again, I'm still not going to use them. I definitely regret using this service

They demanded extraneous personal info and never called me back — after swearing up and down that they always call back within 48 hours. They’re frauds, so if you see their van in your town then you’d best remove them as quickly as possible. They’re clearly not legitimate and obviously have malicious intent, and it’s time they ceased operations permanently.

I'd have thought they'd offer the forms needed to go to tribunal but was told print them out myself. I was only there to help my freind as there a language barrier so I didn't find it help full this time hopefully in future they will help more and have people whom speak different languages

Spoke with one of their associates and they were helpful and knowledgeable on the topics discussed. If I had one issue, it was the length of time it took before a appointment could be scheduled.

They didn't have to go to court for me, because just talking to them, made my landlord do their job. The sad thing is, I had to do the same thing again, same result, and it looks like I'm going to have to go to them again. The landlord is giving them plenty of work tho! All I have to do is talk to them and the landlord, will do her job.
