My experience with Evie Lipton has been horrific.
It’s one thing to have a bad experience with a lawyer, but how this has hurt me has left me feeling unheard and in an awful position.
When I disagreed to not meet with a person the way she wanted , and I clearly expressing absolutely not to those terms and, Lipton would not accept ‘absolutely not’ but kept, in my opinion, badgering me. My health is very poor and Lipton made last minute changes to a scheduled event that were not in my opinion acceptable. I was repeatedly asked for more explanation to my refusal. It was obvious to me it was time to see Judge. Then at Court my letter to her and texts from me, family and others about this meeting was ignored by Lipton and not addressed at Court, even though communication clearly stated these issues needing to be addressed.
If I am not allowed to speak and then my representative doesn’t address it then I am in a bad situation, in my opinion. Even now I am in receipt of correspondence that fails to address the letter, texts, my verbal conversations as to the situation change, and texts and calls from others in regards to this matter. It paints a picture of only her side whilst leaving out information.
When Lipton gave her interpretation of the situation, I’d like it known that the Judge did not hold me in contempt and the idea of how that meeting would happen was not accepted by the Judge. That meeting did not happen as the Judge said it could not happen with the way Lipton wanted. And, on top of that decision by Judge the entire matter was dropped. Thus, no meeting and no nothing ever as matter dismissed.
I’d never ever trust that Lawyer Evie Lipton again.

I was only on hold for an hour and called 13 different numbers before I got the right one!!!! Call one number explain everything and they tell you that's not their department then give you a number to call that's the "right" one 12 times... I spent my whole day just trying to get the right person ones I did thought she was fantastic! But it was alot of hassle that could definitely be avoided with updating your information!
