When you call multiple times asking if they can do what you need and also ask what you need to provide for them to do it you definitely don't expect to get there and for them to tell you that they require a specific form they never mentioned on the phone.

I literally had to come home and collect my zen before writing this review. Not only did they not mention something that I'd need, they had no idea who I was even though I had booked an appointment days earlier, but the guy who had not mentioned said document was sitting across the table from me and instead of taking accountability and apologizing he just sat there looking oblivious while his colleague made excuses. I even got an "Are you sure that we can do this" from the guy who on the phone had reassured me that they could.

Extremely unprofessional. I can't believe this is a legitimate law firm. ‍♀️

From the moment we first called Kristen, she was very clear about her services, her assessment of the situation - including our chances with the case - her pricing, and the timeline. Kristen was always available for questions and calls, and she answered very promptly typically within one business day. Specifically, this case was regarding a speeding ticket that could have potentially costed demerit points and increased insurance but Kristen identified that it had a "critical flaw" that essentially got it dismissed. Kristen handled everything and it was a very stress-free experience. We highly recommend her!
