Everytime I go in here the ladies are very nice and helpful. The lineup moves fast and everyone is always answering my questions in a fast but organized manner.
One of my favourite places to go to get my car up to date and my drivers license renewed.

I recently had a very disappointing experience during my driving test at Leduc Registries with their examiner.

From the moment I arrived, I felt judged and uncomfortable. He questioned why I was there since I live in small town despite my explanation that local appointments were fully booked. He made unfounded accusations about my previous test attempts and seemed dismissive of my experience.

During the test, his comments felt unprofessional, and I was left feeling anxious and degraded. He interrupted my parallel parking, and when I explained my previous examiner's advice, he dismissed it outright. He also continue to complain about my cars safety features which nowhere in the vehicle/equipment requirements stats needs to be turned off nor did he say anything about it at the beginning of the test. At one point, it made me feel like he suggesting I was trying to find an easy pass by moving between registries. Even though my test are almost years apart and at the same place.

The overall tone of our interaction made me feel unwelcome and biased against.
I will not return to Leduc for future tests, and I worry about others who might face similar treatment.

My name is Hunter. I had a concerning experience with this registry. An employee named Amelia accessed my personal information without authorization, which is a serious breach of privacy. I was wrongly implicated in a Google review regarding a rental that I had no involvement with, and I don’t even know this employee personally. Despite filing a complaint, I received no response, and it feels as though the management does not prioritize customer privacy or data protection. Be cautious when sharing personal information here, as it seems that unauthorized access may go unchecked. Privacy and accountability should be taken seriously. I just moved here and was registering my car, and wasn’t involved in any of the disputes that took place,. I will be following up with management at the registry, because she wasn’t the one who took care of me at the counter, but she definitely went through my paperwork to find out information about me which is completely unprofessional.

I am compelled to share my experience so that potential customers are aware and the business can hopefully improve its service.

Upon entering the establishment, I was not greeted, which I found a bit unusual but not a major issue. However, the situation escalated when I asked for assistance with [specific service or product]. The staff member, AN OLD LADY WHO SAT ON THE LEFT CORNER, was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in helping me. I tried to explain my needs, but the response I received was curt and unprofessional.

Good customer service is the backbone of any business, and it was disheartening to encounter such rudeness.

I believe in constructive criticism, so I hope that Leduc Registry takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Training in customer service etiquette could greatly benefit the staff and improve the overall customer experience.

Stay away from these guys. Rude staff first of all, but what matters most is their service charge. Went there for a Driver’s Abstract, they charge me 35 dollars where the actual service charge is only 15 dollars. More than double. That’s not acceptable plus the attitude of couple people there. Good job ! Never coming again.

I wish there is an option of 'zero' star rating for such a horrible experience with this registry. Called in the morning to reschedule the road test for afternoon due to the medical reason at work but the manager told me the policy is to reschedule 2 days in advance. She doesn't want to listen to the my condition. Never going back to this place with such a bad customer service.
