I used for both.sale & purchase and found them to be very professional. They listened to my concerns and was patient in answering my questions.
Communication was very easy online and by phone. I prefer followup phone call but not many in this field like to do. But that was not the case with Rezl estate lawyers.
The clerk that was assigned to my transaction and the administrative staff was prompt in responding and so I felt the lawyer was equally fully involved in my case.
That is why I have recommended others to try them 1st before considering another.
They make this complex transaction a piece of cake.

Went to the location as advertised. This Law firm doesn’t even exist, it’s a scam. There is no sign, and no one at the address provided. This listing is false. The phone number doesn’t even exist.

Worked fast, little annoying doing zoom meetings when the wifi is bad. Expect to leave a message and then they’ll phone back. I feel if you’re a first time buyer, don’t do remote lawyers, especially since going in person seems like you get a charge? Either way our home is closing and things seem to be done fine. I’ll come back and edit if I have any problems after closing haha.

I was surprised at the ease of doing everything remotely.
One thing that I didn’t agree with was the clause that I would have to pay $499 if the lockbox code was incorrect. That fee should be charged to the realtor not homeowner.
