Terrible rude man. I am writing this now as I found my old review missing. How does that happen? Anyway, he did terrible work. He charged me for payments that the buyer is supposed to pay. He grabbed stuff from me. Both him and some of his staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him that I have an anxiety disorder so he told me to pull up my big boy pants. Stay away from this incompetent man!

Ian and his staff provide excellent professional service. The prices are inline with his competition however I found him to be very personable and patient taking the time to ensure we understood all the paperwork involved. We used the office to purchase and later to sell homes involving traditional as well as alternative financing. Ian was on time, his office was great with communication and all aspects of the transaction completed to our satisfaction.
