I'd give it a zero stars if it were an option. You have a court person doing her filing at the public counter when there's a lineup of public people that need to do court stuff. Sitting here for over an hour to drop off a judge's binder is absolutely RIDICULIOUS!!!

The office accepted divorce documents after 4th visit. The Court sent refused letter after 3 months. The reason, "look likes the signature a photocopy". Looks like!!! Very unprofessional verdict. Why front desk people accepted, then?

Surrounded by residential bldgs this court needs to care fellow citizens. Think about their sufferance. [Nuisance]
People can not open their window until 11pm every night due to never ending renovation.
Nasty exhaust noise for several hours at least once a month.
Every Friday their shredding job making another funny noise at least couple of hours....Never knew living near the Court House is this much painful.

Came here for jury selection, they brought us coffee and snacks and made it an overall light atmosphere. The 6 hours passed quite quickly.

I have to say New West court house is the most efficient Supreme Court compare to other court house. I really enjoyed working with them.

Can you please do something about your generator? The continuous noise, that sometimes lasts for hours and gets to high 80DCs is driving us crazy. It happens several times a week, but it becomes really unbearable during the summer when your neighbors need to open the windows and balcony doors for the heat. Do better for your neighbors, it's 7:44pm and it has been going on for you ver 30 min now. I'll file a formal complaint, but wanted to reach directly to you first. I have been living here for years and I just don't want to take it anymore.

Registry Staff are awesome, it's amazing how much I see them put up with. Yet always friendly and helpful. I feel as though they go beyond expectation every time I am there.

Mixed feelings about some of the Masters and Judges but it has to be a hard job in Family Court. So much immaturity.

The registry and scheduling at New West are excellent to deal with and very considerate. I really appreciate this being my primary court house to assist family law clients.
