Sitting on hold from 2:45pm till 3:40pm now Monday September 13 2021 with no idea what or if anyone will actually answer the phone!

I am sure they want us giving up!

Sure enough nobody ever did answer the phone!

Nor was there any indication of estimated waiting time just this elevator music looping over and over again!!

Two months later they still have never acknowledged any messages yet!!

This office is disgusting in its lack of ability to answer the phone. I have been on hold for over 55 minutes. The prerecorded message says to stay on the line and your call will be answered in order.
The message should at least tell you approx how long the wait is and give you the option of waiting or leaving your number so that they can call you back in order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thanks for wasting 58 minutes of my monthly cell phone time, No body ever did answer. I hung up. What a waste of an hour and cell phone time. the only reason they got one star is because I had to click one to post. I give you Zero

Here's my review: My father passed away leaving the house to just my mom and she wanted it sold . I was acting as POA(Power of Attorney),I called this office ,left a message with my number and they returned the call the next day and basically said I had to fill out a form to be registered as a POA on the title ,they would not help with filling out this form.
So I asked my Notary to do it-about $700-yikes!!
I then went online and found that it would be only $70 to do it myself.
There is a Victoria (250 area code) number for help in filling out this form as you do it online. It is a very tedious and complicated and about 10 pages or so long. Very challenging.
Without the help of this polite, knowledgeable young man to guide me through this form I would not have been able to get it done.
After printing it off my computer, I brought it down to the Land titles Office and to my surprise another young, polite knowledgeable young man carefully went over it and said it looked good. I told him that I was told over the phone that no one was there to help. I guess he would rather make sure that the forms were filled out correctly than to be rejected over a small technicality.
Maybe this young man is just going the extra mile on his own free will-who knows. It was an interesting experience, he did say there are a lot of these forms being filled out now. With our aging population it`s no surprise.
I was pleased to get this done without paying a Notary or lawyer $700.

Just got off the phone with one of the employees, kept cutting me off.
She said her time is valuable when I asked her to stop.

Very bad customer service, I called in because I got charged twice and the tech support guy started blaming be that I don't know how to use their system. Not only he was rude also when I asked him can I talk to someone else very politely he called himself an idiot.

Excellent service. There are A few half hour parking spots outside in the laneway. Our visit only took five minutes so the parking was more than sufficient.

Went here to file a judgement on a landlord who owes me money. Girl with curly hair had a really snobby attitude and didn't seem like she wanted to work. Unfriendly and arrogant.

This place reminds me of the postal service 25 years ago. Had to take a number when nobody was waiting. Waited while the only service window open finished a training session. Was told they were closed during business hours. These are just a few things, so buckle up your expectations of service before you head into this place!!!
