I would give Lamont Law 5 stars. For years I had a dispute with a large Insurance company that refused to pay a Life Insurance claim without a valid reason. I'm disappointed becuae I have heard great things about this firm. They will only take very big cases - if you are needing assistance in mediation or litigation with an insurance company if the payout isn't high enough they won't take it. Furthermore I was told more than once that someone would call me back and I had to do the legwork of reaching out again.

I also asked for a referral to someone who would take a smaller case and was given no assistance. I think they could definitely work on their customer service when there are folks willing to pay them calling. Just a general idea - instead of a dismissal, checking the directory and then unsolicited advice that your problems are "not worth it" from someone with a 6 figure income/much more priviliged existence. I hope anyone else going through has a much better and less dismissive experience than I did. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
