I had the unpleasant experience of being privy to a phone conversation between my friend and her minor child while that child was in your business. And I must say, the way you spoke to that child and the mother is absolutely appalling and disgusting. Not only was your attitude and tone, completely unwarranted disrespect, but to then cut them both off and interrupt them several times? How do you actually speak to people like that and feel good about it? Especially children that are brand new to this and trying to navigate the world. But I am willing to bet that had that child spoke to you in that manner. I’m sure you would’ve had a lot to say. Future parents, just a word of caution, take your kid else where. Because if that’s how they spoke to a minor child while the mother could hear, I can only imagine what they’re like when a parent can’t. If you hate your job to the point that you are unjustly treating people that way, maybe it’s time you got a new one.

If I could I’d give a zero star. This place is just a money grab. Go to take a drivers test and because we were yes 2 minutes late and yes we should have been earlier but sometimes roads don’t allow that to happen especially during harvest season. Also living 35 minutes away and when you leave early but can’t help traffic. They denied him taking the test and but wouldn’t give us the money back. We have been here before and taken the test here before with them being late. Guess it only works one way. Also they charge more for there tests then other registries do I wouldn’t advise taking it here

I have been twice in the past few months and have been blown away by how efficient, well mannered, and friendly everyone is here! This is a long one however a well deserved review that I hope anyone who walks through those doors can consider when they are stuck in line for a long time or think things are taking longer than they should.

I want to especially recognize Cathy! She was by far the greatest help to me when jumping through all the hoops Canada has to offer! She was very friendly and made you feel extremely valued! She also knows her stuff extremely well and you can tell by how effortlessly she moves through the various hoops. Today, I came in to get do a searingly simple and basic thing. One thing led to another and Cathy and I were on hold for over an hour with a Canadian government agency of some sort. She was cordial, polite and professional the entire time! Once they answered, she was ON IT!!! Buzzing around and making sure everything was taken care of and done right the first time! I say this because there was a long line that she had to see grow and shrink as her colleagues worked their way through helping each and every person there. That can be daunting yet she was calm and impressively composed despite the situation. I am thoroughly impressed and I hope this review makes you think twice if you are ever waiting for longer than you expected/hoped. Time can’t be stopped, however we can make the most of what we are given and Cathy did that and more!

Terrible decision to take the road test here, lady sighed the whole time I was driving, was coughing in my car, very rude, and telling to do the wrong things when I was doing the right things and then failed me for it when I was doing the right thing. Then after told my mother that I do not know how to drive at all, told me my brake lights don’t work when they do. Do not take your road test here, I won’t be coming back.

Be warned, if it takes you 2 extra minutes to find your registration paper they’ll cancel your road test and keep your money without hesitation.

The office ladies are awesome and they are so friendly. They go out of their way to help you. The road test instructor makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I take all of my business here, best registry around.

Wouldn't let us change our address even though we provided them with a utility bill and our lease agreement, because the bill was too new The women was incredibly unpleasant and refused to let us talk to a manager.

*just an edit to say that we went to a different registries the very next day and did not have a single problem. I guess the people who work here either don't know how to do their job or don't want to. 🤷
