Pamela Rekhi Bakshi is a very effective associate lawyer that was able to keep the conversation on track and finally get the report for the views of the child ordered as we had been advocating for over 6 months. Pamela kept the UN Convention Article 12 in mind to help fight for the rights of "the child who is capable of forming his or her own views the right to express those views freely in all matters affecting the child, the views of the child being given due weight in accordance with age and maturity of the child." I ended up calling this law firm very professional they handled me well. They had assigned an individual to me but when I expressed the concern, it was addressed by one of the partners and they were honest they couldn't take on the case very good I appreciate honesty.
