Purchased a house using kraft and co. My experience left quite a bit to be desired. I chose them as I was told they digitally signed documents. Turns out they do not. This resulted in considerably more stress than needed. They charge more for a teams style call where documents are reviewed but all documents need to be printed and signed then couriered to the lawyers office. I asked for a recommendation from the legal assistant I was dealing with for a courier they use, so it would be easier. I asked multiple times and had a few other questions tried calling and emailing multiple times but the legal assistant guy didn't answer the questions and instead only talked about what he needed which I promptly answer but was given the same. The legal assistant was very poor to deal with.

This is quite unfortunate as Shawn the lawyer was great, his customer service and knowledge seemed very thorough. He deserves a 5 star but unfortunately most of my experience was with other staff and it was not nearly as good. I did mention to Shawn that I was told they digitally sign and he apologized for the misunderstanding. But this didn't change that I had to scramble to find a way to get my documents to Airdrie when it would've been seamless if DocuSign or the like could have been used. Additionally the added cost for not even being able to digitally sign plus getting the courier I would've gone elsewhere. Maybe if I did everything in person it would've been a better overall experience.
