I engaged Korman & Company to purchase a loft condominium. They reviewed all documents and advised me that everything was in order. I bought the property. HOWEVER, post closing, I discovered that the HOA had a large financial liability and that this loan is due in a couple of years' time. Korman & Company failed to advise me of this liability.

I'm now "on the hook" for a share of this loan! Had Korman & Company communicated this to me, I would definitely have approached the purchase differently. According to Korman & Company their work was just fine and my liability was "normal." I'm very disappointed with their work. Consider other providers.

I did not realize that this is the lawyer. I went to when I bought my first property. They were extremely professional and looked over all the documentation necessary. I ended up going back here to get my wills completed. Their service was great. I do find them a little pricey, but I think it is worth paying extra for the assurance that everything is done correctly.

Very disappointed with this lawyer. Their emails often had spelling errors for simple words. Furthermore, a major financial mistake was made on closing day that left me with a line of credit, interest charges and a hit to my credit score. This all caused tremendous stress. Phone calls and questions, such as the extra amounts requested by the seller, were ignored or left unanswered. It’s common sense that real estate transactions need accuracy and communication. Unfortunately, this lawyer consistently failed on both. I would not recommend them. If google allowed a negative review, this would be -5 stars.
