Not sure where all these recent great reviews all dated 11 months ago came from … but I agree with the earlier ones. Even though I was successful with my case, it was due to a fair judge & a great medical expert & certainly not Mr Knox. The buffoonary I experienced with his office between given 2 days notice prior to trial, him not preparing my only other witness (in which he charged me more for not doing his job as the judge required further clarification!) & not only lying about our verbal contract but he also lied to the judge about giving me the explanation of the final decision that I had to actually buy as he gave me a bogus conference # to connect to … it was during Covid but he knew how much I wanted to be there but didn’t care. I could go on & on about what I experienced! And again, he lied to a judge about giving me the information which I never received! I have experienced nothing but distrust & extreme over billing. Beware of this firm! I certainly don’t recommend them.
