Their services are well below average. I looked up well rated real estate lawyers in Milton and chose them based on the reviews. When I spoke to Faraz over the phone, he was very prompt, attentive and answered all my questions. But beyond that, it was a massive disappointment. Their verification process was tedious. He showed up late for one of the calls and didn't have the courtesy to let me know about it. He wouldn't answer his calls either.

Most responses were very slow. The only thing I almost always got a prompt response about was if there was any additional cost associated. He didn't go through any of the legal documentation with me. He just asked me to read through everything and reach out if I had any questions. Why would I pay a lawyer if I had to read all those things by myself?

I had an issue with some of the repairs prior to closing. When I reached out to him for advice, his response was that he'd follow up with the sellers for an additional $900. I asked for advice, as in what the next steps would be.

They wouldn't give me any updates on what to expect. I had to keep emailing them time and again to get basic information. I wouldn't recommend Kahn Law.

It was very stressful process of purchase. ended up with providing Title transfer with wrong name, and sending it to me, I realized the mistake in the name and informed him, that itself reflects a lot. he applied to correct the name afterwards. I chose him by searching the google reviews. Faraz Khan seemed very straight forward in the first call, he provided clear range of fees. ended up paying extra 770 $ on top of the maximum of the range given for the same transaction . In general, was not a pleasant experience.
