Had my truck in for a mount and balance on November 4th. Told them I had a family emergency and was needing to hit the road right away.

During the mount and balance an employee came out to get me to show me some already existing damage on the truck regarding my upper control arm. I was thankful they noticed and made me aware of the broken part so I could have it fixed before taking my trip.

While I was on my trip I stoped to have my tires retorqued when I found the employees at Swan River Kal Tire had broken this and failed to notify me and chose to just try and hide the damage and put the hub cap back on choosing to send me on my journey in an unsafe manner. At least they left me my lug nut…

Another puncture, another pleasant visit to Kaltire in Swan River. By the time I’d finished my coffee Top man Clayton had my drive tyre fixed and back on the truck. Thanks guys and remember for every mile of highway there is two miles of ditch.

Having planned a tire change over with a Kal Tire location closer to my home the scheduled tire replacement was due to happen today April 14. Then along came a fast moving forest fire that had our community evacuated. The tires on the vehicle in question needed replacements and we had to travel 300km south on the old worn tires. Luckily we made it to a location where we are safe from the fires. Kal Tire Swan River found an available time slot for my families vehicle and are and were very accommodating. A big thank you to all the Kal Tire team in Swan River Manitoba for the great service.
