By far one of the most excellent Legal teams serving the greater Vancouver area. These lawyers are not just in it for the money although money is important they do a lot of work out of kind. Since Covid all the deaths and large estates probated and disputed over our court system has been bombarded. Since Covid lawyers have been bombarded their workload is so high and the availability of lawyers is so low that it took me almost 6 months to find a lawyer who was reasonable. This lawyer‘s office has restored my faith in humanity. These lawyers don’t just go after large cases like most lawyers.

OK experience. Paid a retainer for surrogacy agreement. Due to the simplicity of our agreement, they actually were able to fulfill the requests and rather than billing us more, they refunded us almost $1,000 for unused retainer which was nice. I do recommend this team and their administrator Joan.

That being said, I feel the birth registration should be included in the fee but they separated it and wanted to charge $1,200 more for a simple declaration completion. Fortunately I saved over 90% by going to a notary.

We approached about our surrogacy and the communication and follow up were good but the fact that a person has to pay an exorbitant amount of money for an auto fill contract is depressing when couples are struggling to achieve a dream in an already expensive journey. The fact that we had to send the contract back with spelling errors in the names was disappointing. At some point, a lawyer out there will feel they've made enough money on the happiness of others and maybe, just maybe, give that contract out for free.

Will not recommend to go there. I wasted my money and time. My case was not at all solved. No response to calls and emails. I felt "Sim" took my case just for money.... didn't work out for me at all. If you want to save your time and money please don't go to this firm.
