I would not recommend JYL Notary, as my experience with them fell short of expectations. I engaged JYL Notary for a straightforward real estate transaction, but miscommunication from the outset led to them ultimately deciding not to represent us — citing an upcoming vacation that would interfere with our closing date.

They failed to respond to the other party's notary’s request for documents for over five business days. When they eventually realized additional documents were required to proceed, they did not reach out to us or the other notary to obtain them. Instead, they let the file sit for five business days, only to call us at the last minute to inform us that they no longer had time to act on our behalf.
