Secretary is incompetent...cost was a fortune..didn't file my Canadian taxes properly and won't answer me to correct it.. after she gets ur money ...no answer....never again. Beware my Canadian friends that work in US. Don't understand the 5 star reviews. They might be staged...Awful experience! Shame on You JP! Now I have 2 pay someone else 2 figure out what you messed up! how bout you retire

Joyce Paquette messed up my taxes for 2022 and my mother's taxes in 2021. She is rarely open and incredibly unhelpful in regards to fixing her own mistakes. We will never file our taxes here again, as it is an absolute waste of money.

Joyce and Cindy have been a huge help to me every year as my work situation means I go under audit every year. This year however my wife and I were buying a house and the mortgage company was put of by my CRA status. Joyce was able to give documentation showing that I would owe 0 in the end and we simultaneously resolved the audit before my closing date.
