Brad Webber and Jessica L are a great dynamic duo for support. I have been working with them since June and they are able to prioritize what's of importance to my very high and complex family court case; Brad is organized, empathetic and listens to your needs. His advice has been appreciated and although we are in the middle of the storm I highly recommend him if you are looking for a family law attorney. He is able to flush out the noise and most importantly point out the credibility of others as well as do what's in the best interest of the children.

No one wants to have to look for a divorce or family law attorney but life happens. I was in a very difficult and extremely stressful situation facing an aggressive approach from the opposing party who chose to retain a lawyer specializing in court litigation. I was locked into a dynamic with ineffective representation that was causing me more stress than the actual divorce and separation. I was extremely frustrated and it got to the point where I was doing the bulk of the work myself. I wanted to change counsel but had cost concerns and it was extremely difficult to find a recommendation or a firm or lawyer with good reviews and references. I didn't want a repeat situation at greater cost. In one of the letters from opposing counsel three mediators were suggested at the end of the letter if the terms were not agreeable, which they were not. Lindsay was one of the mediators listed. When I called her paralegal I got more sound advice in that one phone call than I received in a year and half. I paid to have an initial consultation with Lindsay and knew right away that I would be in good hands. I took her on retainer and was so grateful that I did. The firm is extremely professional and they let you know exactly where you stand legally and present well considered options with sound legal backing. I felt like I received a crash course in family law. Within 6 months I had a comprehensive separation agreement that covered every conceivable situation and my financial well being was protected and an extremely clear parenting agreement was created. I can not say enough about how good Lindsay and her team is. It was the best money ever spent and it was completely reasonable for the reality of the process. You need look no further.

i initiated an agreement with jesse bonner in probably June or July of 2020 for family divorce court,
and guess what, I'm still not divorced.

Not only did he ALLOW me to be litigated in to so much unnecessary expenses but now has litigated me in to debt.

I not only had to correct the verbiage on legal documents that I proof read before submission to the bench, but I was NEVER advocated for during docket court when I was adamant that all of my submissions were to the best of my knowledge prior.

He had purposely scapegoated me as uncomplacent the entire experience and cost a single mom more that 11 grand in one year. I have never met someone so entirely aloof and avoid of the gravity of their position.

Unfortunately, due to an extremely long divorce process, I had the opportunity to work with a number of the lawyers at this firm. Every one of them was exceptional. I felt like my needs were addressed and my expectations were managed well.

This was the second law firm I hired and I can confirm that you get what you pay for. The hourly rates with Jones Divorce Law were higher but there was no dithering. Once we decided on a process the lawyers were quick to complete what needed to be done on my end. I believe that even at the higher hourly rate I saved money over staying with my previous lawyer who had a tendency to draw things out so not much was achieved for my money.

I highly recommend this firm.
