Jo-Lee has been serving us for a number of years now and we are so very happy with all they do and how supportive they are. From virus protection , to firewalls, to computer set ups and really anything else we need, they have always been there for us. We just had to change approx 20 computers and they had it done for us in a very short time with very little issues. They are smart and very in tune with what is happening in today's world. After hearing that a larger inner city computer store needed my Laptop for a week to install an SSD, I gave Jolee Electronics a call. They were able to get me in and out in the same day and at a fair price! They stayed open for a few extra minutes to meet my time schedule. Service like this is not so common anymore!

Rude, but most of all incompetent!

Several technicians left us with dreadful internet performance for over a year.
It took a service technician from another company to rectify the (simple) problem.

Upon picking up obsolete hardware, technician was unwilling to provide documentation that hardware was indeed retrieved. Had to insist, with even more rudeness as a result.

Not available during normal business hours.
Calls diverted to answering machines.

Not recommended!
