I had gone to a different insurance place and while those folks technically did their job they didn't really help me much.

She saved me from a massive headache and saved me a bunch of money.

Do not deal with Pauline Gaudet worst customer service I have ever had. I sent in an application to purchase a Directors Insurance policy. She quoted me out on the policy and I said okay great we would like to go ahead and purchase the policy. She then said okay I just need to get it back from the underwriter. I have now left 7 voice messages and 5 emails to her as well as left 2 messages with the reception staff over the last 2 weeks to not get one single call back for the policy I was quoted on! I don't understand why its so from me to give a business money for a product that they quoted me on!? Seems like Pauline doesn't care about her customers at all. Please don't waste you time here go with another insurance broker you'll save yourself a big headache!

Terrible service, I am 18 years old and purchased a car and have done my research about the legal issues of singing off on your own car. The transfer papers clearly state that you must have a co sign if you are UNDER 18. The lady insisted the document stated 18 years and under. I read the document several times informing her it said under 18 and that I was 18. When I asked for a colleague to review the document for the purpose of the co sign she did not allow anyone else to read it. I then stood up asked another employee to read it and the employee told me I could sign that I was over 18. I personally kept my cool during the entire situation but she refrained from giving me respect the entire time even when purchasing insurance I was treated like absolute dirt. Terrible experience.

Very friendly staff but very slow. Took them 10 days to get a ballpark on a house insurance. Provided all info for a detailed quote. From a brokerage I expect the most economical product from several provider, which wasn't the case here.

Website shows open, told to tow in New Travel Trailer to insure. Drove in and office CLOSED!! We have our house, 3 cars, 2 motorcycles insured with them, will be closing them all out!!
