I came to Jennifer’s office because we wanted to know we were taking a safe route to Permanent Residency. We wanted a trustworthy, solid, reliable and responsible lawyer to guide us through the process. From the first meeting Jennifer was very knowledgeable and has a lot of expertise. She is very attentive to detail and provides positive assistance.

Jennifer and her team are organized, they cover all their bases, clear, serious friendly real people. We wanted to know they were doing it right and up front. Anytime we had questions they were quick with their responses and they were easy to understand. They definitely provided value for us as we achieved the goal of gaining Rico’s permanent residency, however there were a lot of extra twists and turns. We spent more than what was originally laid out and projected but there were complications – but the important thing is it’s done and no more worrying. We were irritated by the many requests from Immigration which we considered to be overkill, but Jennifer and her team worked with us to finalize all the information.

We would most definitely recommend Jennifer and her team as they are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, able to deal with the unexpected. We were impressed with what they know and how they deal with many things, we could trust that they will get it done, we had no doubts about their integrity or legitimacy. When I first came to the office, I felt very comfortable, I had a very complicated start and needed some expedited help from someone who was experienced in dealing with complications in Immigration. From the first meeting with Ms. Roggemann, I felt very confident about how to proceed forward. She clearly explained the timeframe and was precise, to the point and the steps that she laid out mirrored the steps that happened in my application. Jennifer’s Office was organized, efficient and they work together as a team very well. Everyone in their office was very kind and always makes me feel very comfortable. They were also very accommodating and available whenever I needed to book a meeting. Whenever I asked questions, they were very precise, timely and easy to understand answers that I received.

The quote that I received from Jennifer was close to what I paid in the end, although I ended up spending more as there were lots of emails. Jennifer’s office definitely provided me value and I was so relieved to finally gain my goal of permanent residency. I would most definitely recommend Jennifer and her office to anyone who is experiencing complication in their Immigration journey. 1/5 Stars - Unprofessional and Incompetent Lawyer

I regret taking a session with Jennifer Roggemann for immigration services. She:

1. Failed to address my concerns
2. Ignored my questions
3. Rushed sessions for financial gain
4. Showed no interest in client understanding
5. Cut our 1-hour session short to just 15 minutes, without resolution

Her primary focus was completing the session quickly, rather than providing quality representation. I strongly advise against seeking her services.

I came to Jennifer’s Office as I was recommended by my accountant as I was looking into my family’s permanent residence and citizenship. I was in a limbo as I had to leave Canada and I couldn’t afford to make any mistakes with my application or I would lose my chance to obtain my Canadian Citizenship. I felt the process was clear. Jennifer always responded very quickly to all my questions. I felt
that Jennifer and her office was expensive but totally worth it because I got my Canadian Citizenship in the end. They were very helpful because they would give me options and I could choose which choice was best for me. Their office was extremely accommodating when I was out of country and was available very quickly when I was traveling so that I could sign any paperwork that needed to be physically signed. I recommend Jennifer and her office if you have doubts about your application and you want someone who has expertise to do your application. I didn’t have any bad interactions with her office at all.

Got the job done. However, they are costly, difficult to work with and at times rude. During zoom calls I lost count of how many times I was interupted. There were issues throughout the whole process. I hired lawyers to take some stress off my shoulders but they added to it. Wouldn't reccomend.

Excellent team! Jennifer and the rest of the staff is kind and patient. I had gotten married in 2013 and wanted to bring my spouse over on a study permit. Sponsorship applications used to take 3 years back then. I had applied twice for the study permit - it was rejected both times due to a lack of ties (to your home country) and the fact that it was a diploma program - my wife had already completed her bachelors. I had also not disclosed the marriage which made the case much worse. Thankfully, I came across Jennifer and worked with her to complete my sponsorship application. We were upfront and honest about our choices. In the end, the team filed an excellent application which was accepted without any problems. Highly recommended!

After I had my consultation meeting with Jennifer, I was very reassured as she walked me through the process step by step so I understood what was going to be expected of me.

Everyone at the office was genuinely happy and excited for me when I received the good news of my approval and especially when I received my confirmation of permanent residence and that showed me that Jennifer and her team truly care about their clients.

I have recommended Jennifer to a friend and if anyone is looking for an immigration lawyer, I can say that Jennifer is the best one out there. I would definitely work with her office again.
