If you want to sit in a waiting room long past your appt time, have your personal information shared, have your appt times changed day of, and receive horrible communication this the place!

I would have never thought it would be possible for a lawyer firm to be so unprofessional and show such little customer sevice.

They constantly are asking for money from every communication, yet force extra because they are completely incompetent. It took me nearly 3 months to complete a separation agreement and almost 4 gs. , Both parties were not fighting. I could never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. They make tough times 10 x more tough

If I could give zero stars, I would. Engaged the services of this firm for a real estate transaction and they assumed (their words, not mine) that my bridge financing loan had been paid, confirmed to me in writing at the time my sale closed that everything was paid for (even though I emailed to flag them to double check because I was concerned with the payout amount) and then left me with a loan in default when the closing date of my bridge loan came around and still tried to pin the fault on me. In their eyes, a partial refund of legal fees (less than $1,000) was an appropriate response to providing incorrect advice, negligence in not double checking my file and leaving me having to come up with nearly $20,000.00 on top of making it an urgent priority because they were the ones eating the interest penalty. Absolutely dismayed with the poor service I received from (the owner of) this firm, and will never recommend their services to anyone.

Called exactly a week ago and left a very detailed message with what I assume was the secretary, explaining what legal services I would be requiring. I was told that the Lawyer was in a meeting and she would call back when the meeting was completed. Like I said, this was exactly a week ago and still no response. So either this is a very long meeting or like a lot of customer service since COVID they just don't care. Pretty sad in my opinion to have write a negative review about customer service towards a Lawyers Office. I thought these businesses would be professional enough to set the bar for customer service. When it comes to my legal matters I will look some where else,, first impressions mean everything to me, especially in this area of expertise.

I stopped in to get some consultation I was told you will only be charged for consultation if they went ahead and got the retainer. I talk to their lawyer and she’s giving me all wrong information so I follow my gut and leave. I’m charged $65 for speaking 2 minutes to a lawyer who gave me all wrong facts and if hired would have potentially lost me the case. Go at your own risk. They will charge you for sitting on their couch

The staff has been so amazing guiding me through the various steps. Usually getting my request processed on the same day. Very easy to deal with. Closed two real estate deals with them. However very disappointed to see a $250 expedited fee on our recent final documents. Were not told that when we booked our appointment. Realtor was also very surprised.
