Needed to make an appointment to sign a document. As a full-time student that needs to work, I could not arrive prior to 4:30pm which I thought was not a big deal as they state that their offices close at 5:00pm. When I made the call to book, the man was so unprofessional and started arguing with me about how it was impossible to be busy every week day until 4:30. He quizzed me about my schedule, what I was studying and rudely told me that there was no way I was so busy.

Please take your business elsewhere as I have never talked to someone so rude and unprofessional.

I didn't use this guy because his office was so unprofessional. I called hoping to have some documents notarized same day. The line was answered by a woman who said just, "Hi." I asked, "Is this the notary public?" She told me to hold on and after a moment another woman came on and answered just, "Hello." I said, "I'm trying to reach a notary." She said that he was busy and asked if I could call back in 45 minutes. I said no.
