I had long outstanding legal issues from my younger days in Winnipeg. I had open warrants and a few pending charges. These hampered my life greatly. I was trying to work internationally, wanted to vacation in the USA and most importantly gain residency in Mexico.

When I I initially spoke to Jeffery I knew very quickly I was speaking with a very competent lawyer. I spoke to 3 other lawyers regarding the issue and none of them gave me a feeling that they were going to represent me with much effort. These outstanding legal issues were very important for me to clear due to my career and travel goals.

He explained my situation to me far better than the other lawyers and actually listened to what I was saying.

I immediately sent Jeffrey a retainer. A few short days later my charges were dropped and the following day my warrants were cleared. I never had to step foot in a police station or court. Absolutely amazing!

I cannot thank him enough for what he accomplished. When he told me my charges were dropped it was an amazing feeling. I had been dragging these legal issues around with me for 17 years.

I was referred to Gindin Wolson Simmonds Roitenberg by a lawyer in Toronto to deal with a outstanding charge in Winnipeg. Kristofer responded very quickly via email and we scheduled a phone call to discuss my legal issue. After a short conversation he contacted the local prosecutor to get information about my issue. He notified me that a stay of proceedings was entered and I no longer had to worry about it. He was very professional and quick to get things rolling for me even without asking for a retainer to begin sorting things out.

I am extremely happy with his willingness to find out how to proceed before charging me as I had been quoted $3000 from a different lawyer in Manitoba just to find out what my charges were. If he is this easy to work with without knowing wether or not I would decide to handle the matters through his firm then I can only imagine how pleased I would have been if the matter had to go further.

WARNING! I think most of these reviews are totally fake. "Matt Smith" has only reviewed Ontario companies but also happens to have used a Winnipeg criminal lawyer? I think that is unlikely. "Antonia Wenzel" positively reviewed a criminal firm in Ottawa (it seems odd she would also need a criminal lawyer in Winnipeg) and a cleaning service in Toronto named Scrubbi. "Agnes Carpenter" also reviewed Scrubbi with 5 stars and exclusively Ontario companies but also happened to use a Winnipeg criminal lawyer. I think this lawyer is hiring a company to write fake reviews to try and boost his ratings.
