Will BUSTER. My wife is severely handicapped with Multiple Sclerosis. Her fathers Will indicated as such, with 60% of assets to my wife, and 40% split between 3 grandchildren. Her father passed suddenly, and my wife's mother was transferred all of his assets. The Will remained 60/40. One grandson passed of ALS. My wife's mother was admitted to the hospital shortly thereafter. We didn't think she was going to make it. She wanted to update her Will to reflect the passing of her grandson. This is when the granddaughter gets involved. In the period of about 4 months, there were 3 or 4 new versions of her will. She instructs Jarvis to manipulate the new Will to give her over 60% of the assets, leaving about 30 for my wife and 10 for the other grandson! AND he did it. Have to give a star for that

My mom completed her will and estate with this firm. My sister and I are in the will, however, my sister is one of the executors. I am not. I was included in one meeting. My sister and I do not communicate, and therefore, am not in the loop on anything. I haven't received any response from this firm. I've called crying, as I live with depression and anxiety, panicking and just wanting information. I've informed the assistant of my relationship with my sister, explained what my issues are, and the lack of information Im being provided regarding my mom's will from my sister. Essentially, I was asking for help. I was filled with false promises of a return call. Instead, I found myself in the dark and alone on all things about my mom. Never got a call back from this firm. Im left without any help from them. I may not be the executor of my mom's will. My sister is. But.... Im still her daughter. Is it right to be treated this way?

Requested to see Randall himself and were told that is who we were going to see, when we arrived we were given his son. We found the service to be subpar. Felt like we were being held in the office longer than needed to increase their billable time.

In my experience this office and David Campbell and his staff were careless in their dealings. I would not let them represent me again. As one of his employees told me "it's a gong show around here". I should have walked away when I heard that. There are other options.
