Both my kids go here and it's wonderful. The staff are so friendly from the moment you walk in. My son looks forward to his dental visits. My daughter just had her first. They were fantastic with a toddler and I love how they explain to both kids what the tools do and make it a calming experience. HIGHLY recommend coming here, you could not find better care!

I've been with this Dental office for over 20yrs. I've always Always been treated with respect. Everyone there are very efficient in their role of the job and does it efficiently. I've never ever had a bad experience yet. I always walk away very happy knowing I got the best care. A big Thank you to everyone at Jarvis Family Dental!!!

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, always a good experience. All of the staff are excellent and very kind. They’re really good about getting you in if you have any dental issues. Each of the dentists are great, very informative and always checking in to see how you’re doing when providing dental care. Natasha is my hygienist and I strongly recommend her. She’s incredibly gentle when performing cleanings.

I had my first appointment today and I had such a great experience. From the time I walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have so many issues with my teeth so I was a bit nervous. The dentist was so awesome and knowledgeable . He did a full examination and then provided me with some options. Now I can decide what’s best and finally get my teeth fixed. This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to. The staff, the dental assistants, the hygienist and the dentist were all the nicest I’ve ever met. Customer service at its best. Went back to get some minor work done and the work was done beyond my expectations!

Started bringing my daughters here this month, we've had some fillings and an extraction. Every single staff member we've encountered from the front desk until they're on the chair has been absolutley amazing. My girls were all nervous but this team took all the nerves away!

The worst dentist I’ve been to!!! Dont go there if you need hard work done. Basic cavities are probably ok but be careful going here! Update!!!Do not let Dr.Andrews touch your teeth or your kids. I have been in nothing but pain since i have seen him in may!!! So far my front tooth broke in half that he fixed when it only had a small chip in it before he touched it, i had to get that redone and two teeth he worked on that were not in pain before seeing him that have been redone and im still in pain. Going to get a third tooth fixed. Im pretty sure four of my teeth will need to be fixed, Unbelievable!!! Do not trust this place. He wanted me to go to a specialist and pay $2000 per tooth and two teeth were hurting a lot at the time. Thank god i went to my old dentist in caledonia to get it fixed for cheaper but im still paying out of my own pocket!! The lady at the front desk kept telling me i was wrong too and she isnt even a dentist. Also, my friends daughter went there was told by him she needed a root canal and was sent to a specialist because he couldnt tell if she needed one or not but the dentist did it for free because the root canal was not needed. Very friendly staff but not a good dentist.
