Gave me 2 or 3 days notice that he represented both myself, the buyer, and the seller. Told me I could get another lawyer. Really? Practically closing date? Other issues but that was a real joke. Would not recommend!

Paul Jansen and his team did excellent and proficient work in processing a city of Ottawa land purchase for the company I worked for.
Due to distances, we were able to sign documents over zoom call so Paul could witness us signing the documents.
Very efficient and on price point.
