I recently worked with Tarun and his law clerk Nicole on a very complicated sale and purchase that involved my ex-husband and I selling our house, me closing on a new house on the same day, and then complicating things further by adding a refinancing mortgage on 10 days later due to some additional complications, which ended up having to be rushed through. Both Tarun and Nicole were incredibly helpful and patient and worked with multiple external professionals to make sure that all of the pieces ended up fitting where and when they needed to, and were always very pleasant about it, and never made it seem like I was driving them crazy - even if they probably wanted to pull their hair out behind the scenes.
