As an immigrant family, we have relied on the Immigrant Welcome Centre for years for settlement services and English classes. The staff are exceptional. Not only are they incredibly professional and knowledgeable about immigration rules, but they are also deeply connected to local resources, which has been a huge help.

What's even better is that many of their services are free of charge for those with the appropriate immigration status. We are incredibly grateful for the immense support we have received.

This centre is a fantastic resource for all newcomers, and I recommend it to anyone looking for support in settling into the community.

The Immigrant Welcome Centre of Campbell River is a great place for newcomers. It feels warm and friendly, and they offer many services to help you settle in, like English classes, the Workplace Language and Culture course, and other helpful programs.

The staff is kind, respectful, and always ready to help. I’m very grateful for their support—it has made my time in Canada so much easier. If you are a newcomer looking for help, I highly recommend this amazing center.

They are providing wonderful immigrant services, English language and Canadian culture lessons for my Ukrainian mother-in-law. First rate team who demonstrate a deep sense of responsibility and caring for their clients.
