DO NOT get insured with this company. They will make your life living hell and do everything not to cover you in case of a claim (house and/or car).

My car (a leased jeep) got stolen over 6 months ago downtown montreal when I was parked right in front of my work in broad daylight. Ive been nothing other then collaborative with the different experts they hired along the process with request of documents, questioning, examination, alongside going through my personal information. It's been so stressful, invasive and bascially a full time job responding to all their requests. And still they keep treating me like a suspect instead of a victim and create infinite delays to not settle.

When I needed to cancel my car insurance it took 4 days and several calls to get this done. A week later I get an email that says oh your refund will probably take at least a month. Quite often the cheapest price is not the best value and I think that is the result here.

I've had my license for 13+ years now. Not 1 Accident, Not 1 ticket/pull over, nothing... And they still raise the price of my insurance every single year. The price they give is also so ridiculous. A tiny car and it's almost $200 a month. Such a scam

Very rude on the phone for no reason at all. Sounded like he was enraged before I called for a simple request for information on payment dates as a new customer. Not a good start to this relationship. But hey it's PEI. I just want to add this review as I read reviews before joining about great customer service and wanted to let you know that's not been my experience and it's actually the opposite. Very very rude and condescending.

Great customer service. Always friendly.
Hit a deer with my car and was a total write off. Took a little longer to process but only because they were dealing with an influx of flood claims at the same time. I didn't have to dicker on settlement amount because they offered me a very fair settlement.
Highly recommend!

I am an automobile insurance customer and the level of customer service provided by the ICPEI is second to none. When you call in you never have to wait long and the people on the phone are always caring. I recently had to put in a claim and the process was easy and well described to me. Excellent considering I had never put in a claim before so I didn't really know what to do. Also today I called in to change my payment method and after I hung up the lady I spoke to called me back 2 minutes later just to tell me she forgot to wish me Merry Christmas.

Was looking for my own insurance and checked everywhere for the lowest possible rate as money is tight... They offered the lowest rate but after going into a policy they had raised the price +500$. When they had contacted me with this I immediately cancelled the policy. They STILL wish to charge for the few days I had with them believing they had a decent price... That is kind of misleading.
