I’m giving a 2 star review for many reasons and I respect businesses otherwise it would be a one star review.

In total I had this firm for just over or under 8 months , the two first months with service were standard as any other Lawyer could possibly due , there was a difference in location for the lawyer and I from Napanee to Belleville, the 5 months that were ongoing from there were constant remands a month long while on strict house arrest conditions the crown wanted four months my record is small there are 4 no injury assaults all domestic & I was charged with weapons dangerous and robbery , a person stole meat and ran into my car an alleged friend mine you I am vegetarian , anyways constant remands I had many phone appointments set up to increase the legal aid benefits paid to said lawyer on purpose , at the end of the services I had threatened to find another lawyer on a Wednesday for my girlfriend who was co assused and due for our child within 30 days tell her lawyer Jason Easton to contact this firm and there was 4 months of the crown is trying to contact your probation officer. And soon as Jason was involved I had then a date two days later on a Friday where that was settled in court & there is more information , and I have heard good things about this firm , personally my mother kept saying there trying to get to the legal aid maximum before ending the case . I would NOT recommend this Lawyer or anyone at this firm my self and my opinion take it for nothing , another lawyer of a co assused pregnant girlfriend had to intervene after it became absolutely unreasonable for me and I wish I could say he was at least decent but I always felt like I was just his last client he would work on and I have had other lawyers that were amazing and if you are applying from legal aid , you only get one chance for a lawyer and you could end up in my position being remanded months not even weeks and this lawyer not putting effort into resolution of your case, I’m sorry for the bad review but I honestly have this lawyer on my phone as dump truck and I have since month 3 been saying I’m going to leave a bad review when the case ended .

Trash . Don’t expect phone calls and deals with the crown , doesn’t wanna do any foot work and thinks that it’s okay to just send the odd text message instead of talking to you directly after taking your money
