Rarely do I post a negative review but my experience with Cedric and his colleague was, simply, negative. Cedric was asked by a financial company to represent me/wife in negotiations. Cedric arrived late. He also said he just received the documents from the finance company and didn't have chance to read the docs. At the same time, his colleague was in/out of the meeting serving a different client. We signed a few documents with Cedric and I thought we were done. I received a call later saying Cedric forgot to have us sign a few more documents but Cedric said no problem because he is service oriented and will do whatever he can to get things done. He arranged to meet me next day at my office to sign the docs. The next day he cancelled the meeting and said his Conveyancer would arrange a meeting. I didn't receive a call so I called and the Conveyancer who said the meeting needed to be at their office and it would cost me $700 to have them sign the documents. No prior discussion was about the cost so the added cost was a complete surprise. I cancelled the meeting. Cedric called and said the cost was because the meeting at his office but there would be no cost to me because I cancelled the meeting. He said, again, because he is service-oriented, if I need another lawyer he can refer me to one - why would I even entertain that? He also reminded me I need a real estate lawyer to contact him because he can help. Really? Overall, I feel this experience was an opportunity to earn income from a mistake his firm made. Very poor experience that reflects in my 1/5 star rating.

We worked with Pam and Cedric for conveyancing needs for our new home. We really felt well looked after. Pam was amazing throughout helping us understand the process and answering our questions as we went along. Also, there was absolutely no hesitancy when we wanted to make some changes 2-3 weeks before closing. Would highly recommend them!

Cedric and Pam were wonderful, made a very difficult process much more tolerable. We had a very challenging underwriter who kept moving the bar with her requests for more and more information.
