They won’t BS you. I was faced with a nasty criminal charge with a mandatory minimum. He got me a conditional sentence. He won the charter challenge, then “won” sentencing for me.

It’s not an easy law firm they are hands off and they will tell you pessimistic news before good news.

TLDR; go with Huckabone he will create the best possible outcome. He also won’t be your friend he will tell it like your parents didn’t. It may be jail but it will be 10% of the jail you would have got without him.

He isn’t a get outta jail free card he believes in guilt but mitigation and arbitration trust me go far with him.

Brent Smith is everything you want in a lawyer: knowledgeable, courteous, patient and professional. Hired him to get my money back after it was seized by the opp for false reasons...paid him 2500 dollars and he did nothing ....I sent out one email after I filed a complaint against the arresting opp officer and received the proper document and my money was given back within a week .document I paid mark 2500 dollars to get me...useless don't waist your money
