This law firm is the worst I have ever ran into. My dad went there to change his will and they made him think that he actually did but all they did was change his power of attorney. They are by law to keep a copy of a will for 10 years. I went in to get a copy of it and was told that they don’t keep copies. My recommendation would be to go find a better law firm. Their customer service is also very back. I would say to give your money elsewhere other than this place. They are rude crooks

I would not recommend this lawyers office!
The staff are very snobby and not friendly at all! As well, they have zero compassion! Anne Montgomery (lawyer) Tanya Rybak and I do not know the name of the other staff member! You are not greeted with a friendly hi or Good morning/afternoon it’s straight into you can go to that office!
I retained this lawyer to deal with my daughter’s Estate. I have never gone through this before and had no know idea as to what steps to take after the Grand of Administration was filed and received! I sent an email asking what the next step is? Their response was that their office was only hired to do the Grant so I asked okay then what or where do I go to complete her Estate? I get a response from Anne Montgomery saying the Court does “NOT” in capital letters like she was yelling at me, complete the Estate! Very unprofessional!! I wrote back “sorry I have never gone through this before” and I asked the second time I don’t know where to go from here? My email was not returned! Unbelievable!!!
I hired a lawyer because I have zero knowledge as to how to move forward during this horrible time in my life! I lost my only child and had to deal with something completely out of my wheelhouse! Have a little compassion ladies and help direct me as to where/what I need to do next!! Not too much to ask for!
I bought a copy from the court of all the forms that had to be filled out for a Grant and it was literally hundreds of pages and all in legal jargon hence the reason for hiring a lawyer!
I would NOT recommend this office! I would NOT give them another dime!
I have retained a new lawyer!

I contacted the office to perform some notarizing on some legal paperwork. They were very professional, and very nice! I would highly recommend them to anyone else, looking for legal advice or notarizing work..

We were in a pinch to get some paper work signed for our child to go on a school trip to California. I left a message with the office. Anne Montgomery called me back after hours. She said she would be happy to help me. My wife and I went in to have her sign and notarize our paper work. Best customer service i have ever experienced from a lawyer. The team is very unhelpful with estates and Wills. Going through a tough time and only answers I can get is NO you can't do that.. ok maybe help point the family in the right direction! You and your team are very rude and unhelpful. You did such a bad job we now have to look elsewhere and pay again!
