Time for a honest blunt review from the looks of it!

Worst experience ever, lawyer states he is there to witness and transfer land documents only! very unhelpful is to put it in the nicest way I can..

Found out through realtor there is so many others that do more work for the same price.

use anyone but Andrew and his associates. He was very unhelpful and sure seems to throw the codes at you and respond more for the seller, while there are so many broken parts on our end, who does he work for The seller or the one who paid him?

Seller has harassed stole trespassed many times, and he sure seems to keep caring about a law but can't enforce or do cease and disist. Or inform them of there breach of contract, bit sure can to us.
i assume its to make his life easier and keep his friends w the other party?
yet again and to fill his pockets and do nothing..

He sends you a number to call to hire another lawyer.. may as well have hired a good one from.the start lmfao.

Some realtors actually refuse to work with him!!!!
