I am grateful to have had Rhona guide me through the difficult process of mediation in my divorce. Through the experience, I found Rhona to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and direct. Rhona is an experienced family lawyer and mediator. I have had the pleasure of working with her through the Rise Women's Legal Centre as a mediator and on other pro-bono matters. Very unprofessional and unreliable. She was also quite rude. I hired Rhona Lichtenwald to mediate a family law matter. She phoned me the day before a pre-mediation call to reschedule because she had a dentist appointment. She called the next day to reschedule again because her dentist appointment took longer than she expected. When I tried telling her my displeasure, she tried to reschedule again. The next day she quit and sent me a bill for her time. We were 6 days away from the mediation and now we have to find another mediator which will delay any further. Do not hire this person. Worst experience ever!!!
