These people will try to take full control over your situation. I was after telling them multiple times what I needed in my purchase agreement. Along with the seller and the sellers lawyer. They made me pay 1000 dollars to even fathom the thought of making a purchase agreement. Then made the agreement without asking me a thing. Then continued to charge me for every change I needed along the way. if your a first time home buyer go elsewhere. Because this group will take full advantage of your situation.

I booked time with a lawyer here for estate planning, which a $250 deposit was required. They did say that I required 24hr notice otherwise they will keep the deposit. The day of my phone appointment (not in person) I ended up in the E.R. and wasn't able to call (they were not open) and wasn't able to send an email until close to my appointment (still before they opened). They said that they were not going to refund my deposit or reschedule. I even said I could take the call, but might have to stop if a doctor came, and they also said no (I even sent a photo from the hospital). So this firm doesn't even have the human decency to make an exception--it says a lot about their lawyers and staff. I'm now glad that I'm not giving them any more of my money and business.

"all you would have had to do was leave a voicemail or send an email" -- I had FULL intention of making the call but ended up in EMERGENCY the day off the call and was not able to call or email until the last moment. Your response makes my point.
