Honestly I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication skills I received from this firm. I had to reach out multiple times over the course of a few weeks just to complete an intake form for my mother with the secretary. We were told repeatedly that she would receive a call the next day, and then the next day became the next and then the next. When my mother and I were finally both home I reached out again and was told she would receive a call within an hour. 3 hours later I had to reach out again when no one called. We completed the intake form and were told that she would be contacted in a week about how we will move forward. She was contacted several weeks later and told that they did not have time to take her case. They wasted over a month of our time for nothing.
