I bought my first house (solo buyer) and needed a lawyer to close the deal. I had an extremely fast closing date (2.5 weeks!). Most lawyers typically ask for 4 weeks notice for this type of consult, but Ben Poole was able to take me on for a surprisingly reasonable rush fee and helped me get this deal closed very quickly, without any hiccups or stress.

It was my first time buying a house; Ben took extra time to explain all the legal jargon and paperwork with great detail, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. I never felt spoken down to or too intimidated to ask for clarification. He was respectful, patient, and professional with me from beginning to end, even when I needed repetition or things to be explained in simpler terms.

The final cost of his service ended up being lower than what he originally quoted me, so I saved a good chunk of change in the end thanks to Ben's efficiency.

I'd also like to mention that the clerks/assistants I spoke to on the phone and in the office were also very respectful and determined. They respected the rush I was in and set me up with Ben very rapidly. They followed up quickly and responded to all of my emails instantly. They were well coordinated when assigning a new clerk to me when one was about to take her vacation. I never felt like I had to catch anyone up to speed, they did all that themselves. Within 3 weeks of my first phone call to the clerks, I was fully moved in to my perfect first home. That is what I call a cohesive team.

Based on this experience, I definitely plan on connecting with Ben and the team at HGRGP for my future real estate endeavors.
