We had an excellent experience with Jessica, she met with us the same day to do our paperwork. She gave us what we thought was a good price for the work done. She is bilingual and very friendly. We appreciated how she went the extra mile for us (printing us copies for our files, couriering the paperwork for us). In the midst of a global pandemic, I was a little worried about how transactions were going to be completed. Jessica made sure that the experience of purchasing a home was not affected negatively because of COVID. She is very serious about protecting sensitive client information, and her office is fully equipped to handle these type of requests in a secure way. This was true with ID verification and document signatures. Jessica was so professional, patient and easy to talk to during the whole process. One thing that really stood out was how meticulous and attentive to details she is. I felt extremely comfortable with her as our notary and highly recommend her. Thank you!
