I would give negative 5 stars if possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with 5 incompetent associates in one single case. All 5 of them tried to bully me. Glad I didn't have to pay for their incompetency. Use a real firm instead.

We experienced terrible communication and advice at Helsons LLP. The lawyer we worked with was not responsive and did not make the process easy or understandable for us. At no time did we feel that they were interested in "fighting" for us or sincerely helping us with our issue. In fact, we were given bad advice on more than one occasion (and since then we have learned there was much more we could have done to help us with our problem). Our experience was so bad that we went to another lawyer (one of the partners) at Helsons to share our concerns and that was not helpful either.

Her assistant maintained the same quality of connection and service in the short interaction we had.

Even the location of the firm, I love this neighborhood. Doubly worth the drive out of your way for the experience in the firm and for a stroll in beautiful Main Street of Georgetown.
