Virginia worked with us to close the sale of our house. She was extremely nice and friendly and has a calm demeanor that makes you feel like you're in very capable hands. She walked us through every part of the paperwork we were signing to make sure we were informed. She answered all of our questions in a competent and reassuring way.
The reception staff were also very nice as well and pleasant to deal with over the phone

Our experience was very positive. Marvin Hawke provided concise information, including educating us on some misconceptions we held, about property transactions, and delivered all the transaction paperwork to where it needed to go in a timely manner. Does not spend a lot of time “chatting you up”, but repeats the important points until he is sure you understand what has been discussed.
