Used this law office for closing and there was a balance left, I paid that. Now after 3-years the law office is asking for the same money. I have seen many compliments regarding real estate matters with this lawyer. However, she is awful with criminal law. She doesn't bother to update her client about court matters unless it concerns money. I have been with her for almost a year, and she has not once spoken to me on the phone or emailed me, it is always her assistants and even then, they reply once every 10 emails. She will not bother getting you a good deal or operating in your best interest if you are on legal aid. She will do the absolute minimum just to get her hourly. DON'T hire this lawyer for criminal matters.

I have used Fay and her company for multiple real-estate and mortgage transactions. I strongly recommend them! Very processional and responsive.
