After our initial meeting, I felt confident working with Harris Law. From day one Gordon exhibited an unparalleled level of professionalism and dedication. He dealt with the insurance companies and negotiated  for medical expenses to make sure the client will receive the right medical treatment and making sure the future health complications were being considered. Bad experience. I want to start off by saying Cortney (the intake coordinator) was great. The lawyer Gordon has 0 idea what he’s talking about. Basically said I won’t get much for my case although I have an MRI confirming a major pec tear, physio letter, doctor letter, photos, videos, recorded conversations with the managers from the resort admitting negligence and more. Seems like unless it’s a $500,000 case he doesn’t want to take it. Don’t bother with them.

Reached out to this Firm back in October regarding an incident/Lead.

After a couple weeks went by they said it would be best for me to contact them in January regarding my incident/Lead.

After a couple months of waiting, I reached out in the beginning of January. They said they would get back to me.

After a couple weeks of no contact, they said they were too busy to take my lead/request.

Several months were wasted when they should’ve told me to seek other help back in October.

The Representative was professional, not sure if this falls on upper Managment but this company as a whole is unprofessional to say the least.
