Steve has given excellent advice that proved very accurate on some difficult situations, Jennifer Neville has helped craft a number of bylaws that have really served well, and Jennifer Brown has helped us collect a large number of outstanding fees as well as helped us negotiate payment arrangements where appropriate with owners who are struggling fiscally.

The quality of work is so consistently good that i suspect those who claim negative experiences either have unrealistic expectations of what a law firm can do or think top quality legal services should be free. In my experience with lawyers and accountants, a good quality one costs money but it's always cheaper in the long run.

We had worked with Hamilton and CO. briefly for a legal issue. We were able to get legal assistance from our insurance instead. Hamilton and Co. sent over a ridiculous invoice for payment.

After reviewing, they price gouge on every single aspect and item they can. (200$ for reviewing and replying to an email). The charges were never brought up before and were never stated clearly to us. Now there is a 3000$ bill for a service we never even went with.

I strongly suggest to find a different legal representative!

I spoke to Jennifer Neville today about a biking issue. She was willing to spend 20 minutes of her valuable time on the phone discussing my situation. She was spoke with, understanding and was very knowledgeable on Strata regulations specifically regarding bike issues. When I try to complain he said that my case was dismissed.
