Tyson was the most unprofessional person I have ever talked too, he made almost no sense in any of his answers, when I explained that I was more confused than ever and to clarify he said "well I will not be repeating everything" when I asked if there was someone else I could speak with he denied my request, I asked why not and he said he will not be referring this to anyone else... and I asked if I could to talk to anyone else and kept saying "he understands" which made no sense as it had nothing to do with my question and didn't even talk to me or respond and ignored me when I asked why? It was not a good match I feel like I should be allowed to talk to someone else? He simply said "I'm ending the call now and hung up"

I went there 2 wks ago as l needed legal assistance. First they were like yes we will help. Waiting almost 2 weeks for some answers, only to find out they won't help because they have too many files and they're overwhelmed. Had no choice to fork out 1100$ to a paralegal because l submitted all documents last minute.

Unfortunately it was closed when we went there due to Covid restrictions but they have helped us in the past. They are very friendly, helpful and resourceful for anyone in need. It can be extremely busy though.
